Agreement

By signing up to be an Affiliate in the Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”).

We reserve the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Continued use of the Program after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

Account Terms

• You must be 18 years or older to be part of this Program.
• You must live in the United States to be an Affiliate.
• You must be a human. Accounts registered by “bots” or automated methods are not permitted.
• Your login may only be used by one person.

Referral Fees/Commissions and Payment

• Affiliates will earn 20% of the client's initial subscription only.
• Commissions do not include client renewals.
• The affiliate payout is not recurring; it is a one-time payment per customer referred.

Payment Schedule

As long as your current affiliate earnings exceed $20, you will be paid according to our payment schedule.

Customer Definition

Customers who buy products through this Program will be deemed our customers and subject to our policies and procedures.

Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including marketing and anti-spam regulations.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms.

Arbitration

Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Miscellaneous

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the United States.
